The first meeting of the School Committee of PSG Matriculation School, Peelamedu, Coimbatore was held at 9.00 a.m on 19.12.2013 in the office of the Managing Trustee at PSG Industrial Institute Campus, Peelamedu, Coimbatore – 641  004.

The 10^th Meeting of the School Committee PSG Matriculation School, Peelamedu held at 5.15 p.m in PSG Sarvajana Higher Secondary School on 09.05.2016 in its resolution no.3(a) re-designated the School Committee as Governing Body and re-designated the Headmistress as Principal and the Assistant Headmistress as Vice Principal.

Governing Body Meetings will be conducted once in three months and the resolutions will be noted down by the Governing Body members. The school activities preceding the Governing Body Meeting will be presented by the Principal and the action taken report of the previous resolutions of the Governing Body Meeting will be submitted in the next meeting.

Rechristened the Governing Body of the School as School Committee of PSG Matriculation School as per TAMIL NADU PRIVATE SCHOOLS (REGULATION) RULES, 2023.
